WE #4-Teamwork
Teamwork involves you and your classmates/coworkers working together to complete certain tasks. This has not always been easy for me because I am usually the one stuck doing all the work while the rest of my team slacks off. This is why I am having trouble with this; I like staying to myself. Teamwork involves trust, and in my opinion, I am the only person I can trust. When I am working in a team, my other teammates usually disregard all my ideas. Honestly, I feel teamwork is a distraction. With teamwork, you have to have respect for everyone else in the group along with trust. Teamwork also involves accountability. When it comes to the work, my teammates usually take credit for my work. To solve this problem, I have stopped working in teams and stayed to myself. However, this is definitely something I need to work on.
Social Media Lawsuit
In December 2015, the U.S. Supreme Court heard the oral arguments for the case of Elonis v. United States. This case involved holding someone criminally liable for "threats" made through social media. Elonis made multiple comments on Facebook saying he wanted to kill his wife, law enforcement officials, and students. He was convicted of threatening someone through the internet. This is the first case for the U.S. Supreme Court that questions the limitations of speech through social media.

WE #3-Respect
I have known about respect since I was child. I was taught that you have to give respect to get respect. Respect helps build your character. I am guilty of not saying "Yes ma'm and sir," "No ma'm and sir." I work on this problem yesterday. Because I was raised this way, I do not like people who are disrespectful. You treat people the way you would want to be treated. That's why I try to be nice to everyone no matter what. Respect isn't just about respecting adults. You have to respect your peers as well. Showing respect can take you a long way in the world. Remember, show everyone respect and show them that you were raised the right way!

Project 4.5.1: Wiki-File Management Tips and Tricks
How do I perform common file management tasks?
The operating system provides the features used for storing and retrieving files. The OS (operating system) also provides the commands you use for naming, organizing, and maintaining files, such as Rename, Delete, Move, and Copy. You can create and organize your own hierarchy of file folders to store related files in one spot. This hierarchy provides a so-called path to the file that starts with the name of the drive where the files are stored. The file location might have a path of This PC--Windows (C:)--Users--User Account Name--Documents--Sample Menus.
Work Ethic #2: Attendance
Attendance is important to all important tasks in life. No matter the reason it is important to have good attendance. Having a good attendance record shows initiative to employers, and it shows your teachers that you are ready to learn. Missing work or school can cause you to fall behind in your tasks and work. I have very good attendance in school. I have never missed a day in 5 years. I haven't been late either. Being punctual is a pet peeve of mine. If you want to show up late to class or work, why even show up at all? I can guarantee you have missed something very important. I understand that life does get in the way sometimes, but please be kind enough to call ahead and let someone know what is going on. Do not make it a habit! Please be on time!
